Richard Frias is an award-winning music and digital media executive with 19 years experience producing, programming and marketing content for innovative audiences. He currently works as an artist manager and business adviser to music artists including MIYAVI, Kimbra, Siedah Garrett and Dolly Ave. In tech, Frias leads business development for the music start-up Humid.io.

An early hire at pioneering video streaming site Revver.com in 2006, Frias helped to establish online video best practices in monetization and distribution that have since become industry standards. Later he founded Mighty Fresh, Inc. the first ever talent management company for YouTube stars, where for over a decade he represented high-profile digital stars and Grammy award-winning musicians.

In 2012, Frias Executive Produced the YouTube Premium channels FAWN (acquired by Endemol) and The Warner Sound (co-created with Warner Music Group), overseeing $2M in production funding from Google while delivering nearly 30 hours of original programming. He also co-founded the beauty subscription service IPSY.com with Michelle Phan (now a $150M business). A trusted producer and brand strategist, Frias has negotiated $20M in influencer brand partnerships with movie studios, record labels and Fortune 500 companies.

In 2016 Frias served as Vice President, Digital at CJ E&M America, Inc. where he launched KCON.TV, an emerging video platform for all things KPOP.
