Kimberly Knoller is a seasoned music management, marketing and artist development executive. For over 20 years Knoller has been on the cutting edge of breaking and developing artists on a global basis. She has held executive leadership roles at Warner Bros Records, Sony Music, and Geffen Records. Knoller’s career has encompassed many areas of the music industry including artist development, management, radio promotion, marketing, international, and digital commerce.
Knoller is currently founder of The Knoller Group an Artist Management and Brand Development organization whose focus is developing long term artist careers and empowering connections between bands and fans. Her team’s success includes discovering and developing Warner Bros artist Echosmith from unknown to multiplatinum Top 10 Global singles, discovering and developing alt-pop band The Regrettes from local Los Angeles band to global touring success. Other projects include developing Warner Bros Artists Phases to Top 10 Billboard Dance record, and establishing Sony Nashville artists Fairground Saints as one of Rolling Stones new artists to watch.
Prior to starting her own company, Knoller served as Warner Bros Records head of Direct to Fan Marketing and e-Commerce, where she was responsible for growing the online business, subscription, and social communities for multi-platinum acts Michael Buble, Eric Clapton, Idina Menzel, Josh Groban, My Chemical Romance, Neil Young, and Green Day.
In addition, Knoller served as Vice President of Marketing for Musictoday, founded by Coran Capshaw, where she helped to build and lead a global team responsible for helping artists use direct to fan channels and platforms more effectively. Under her leadership, Knoller's team created marketing and promotional programs intended to help artists maximize ticket sales, developed market pricing and sales tools to generate strong store revenues, and designed sales programs that helped sell recorded music, VIP packages, fan club memberships, and merchandise.
As a seasoned marketing executive Knoller has worked directly with Aerosmith, Michael Buble, Harry Connick, Josh Groban, Guns N Roses, My Chemical Romance, Peter Gabriel, Joni Mitchell, Blake Shelton, Alice in Chains, Nirvana and many more over her 20 year career.
